We are sorry that our season ended with this much snow! For those of you planning on doing outdoor, please see the attached training schedule for you to do until outdoor starts. It's important that you DO IT so you stay fit! If you're trying out for another team, good luck! We hope you're well conditioned :).
These are the workouts for the entire break. IF you are in town you are expected to be at practices on those days. If you are out of town, follow the workout schedule. Practice January 4th will probably be the hardest of the year if you've done minimal work over the holiday. You can put yourself 2 weeks behind if you do nothing. Don't do this to your teammates.
